The e6680 features a function that will reduce the current towards the end of the charge to avoid over-charging (Li** only). Especially for Lithium batteries, it can prevent overcharging which may lead to an explosion due to an incorrect input. It will terminate the charge automatically and sound an alarm if it detects any malfunction.
In each program, the battery conditions are monitored and controlled to achieve the maximum safety. All settings can be configured by the user.
