4-Tec 3.0 distributes power to all four wheels through a one-piece centre driveshaft. There are no dogbones to wear and no drive cups to wobble. The steel driveshaft runs straight and true with a centre support bearing to handle the high RPM of Velineon brushless upgrades.

The 4-Tec 3.0 chassis features the same sealed, beveled-gear differential in the front and rear as the ultra-rugged Slash 4X4. Tune the performance by varying the viscosity of the fluid inside.
