  • Robbe Rasant Speed I/C Anniversary Edition 50 years
  • The current model pays homage to the legendary Robbe original of the early 1970s and has been carefully modernized so as not to destroy the model's charm and character, but still to meet the increased demands of modern times. As before, the new edition is available in two versions. On the one hand in the classic drive variant for glow ignition engines with approx. 3.5ccm, on the other hand for electric drive, but in a more modern design than in 1977 for the current, more powerful brushless drives in connection with Lipo battery. The "Speed" version in particular, with the outwardly tapered wing, looks dynamic and underlines the claim of a speed model of its time. Excerpt from the Robbe catalog 1977:
"A model for advanced RC pilots who want to get involved in show flying without spending a lot of money or want to experience the thrill of "speeding" for their own pleasure.

This new edition comes exclusively with packaging box in the design of the 70s!

Note: The model is not an uncompromising high-speed model by today's standards! It dates back from a generation of many decades. The flight characteristics are still a guarantee for fast flying and offers uncomplicated handling in comparison. In addition, the construction offers a wide field of activity for modifications and tuning. Not least because of this, the Rasant was already a popular model in the 1970s, for example to install your own drive variants. At that time, many a model builder even installed a 6.5cc glow ignition engine with resonance pipe. The flight performance was brute, but required appropriate careful and prudent handling during construction and flight operations, since the model was not designed for it then and now.
