Fastway Couriers Update

Customer Update on Fastway and our switch to GLS. 

As many of you know, Fastway Couriers went into receivership, and all depots were shut down without warning shortly after collecting all the packages from the Bank Holiday Weekend. 

I have been to the local depot to try and get our packages but the recievers are refusing to let us in or to hand out our parcels. 

We’ve been told the parcels currently in their depots will be transferred to a third-party courier in the coming days. We will keep our customers informed as and when we know more. 

We are really sorry for any inconvenience this has caused but we are trying our best to get this resolved as quickly as we can. 

Moving forward , All orders are now shipping with GLS.
